An international conference on the interface between NUclear STructure, Astrophysics and Reactions (NUSTAR'05) is to be held from 5-8th January 2005 at the University of Surrey, in Guildford, England. The focus on the conference is to reunite the various sub-areas of low-energy nuclear physics (structure, reactions and astrophysics) at a single meeting, with experts from each sub-field reporting on both their latest results and future prospects. The organisers hope to have a mixture of experienced leaders in their fields and also provide the opportunity for number of talks by younger, less established speakers (the 'New-Stars') to present their work to an international audience. A number of the talks will be selected from the contributed abstracts. All conference contributions (i.e., both posters and oral) will be included in the published conference proceedings which will be published in special edition of Journal of Physics G.
